Chair based exercises
We all have a busy life, that`s the high pace era that we leave within.
We are waking up in the morning and after a brief breakfast, we are rushing for the school run (mostly seating on the car seat), then, at work taking our spot in front of our computers, we seat again. Before even knowing, is lunchtime and most of us we just get something to eat, usually by the side of our computers (also and obviously in seating position), and then we dive again in our reports, deadlines and add-ons to our never ending tasks. As the time usually passes along us without noticing, is either school run again or even worst time to go home (late evening). Then back home, we realise that we still have plenty of other unfinished reports therefore we get the laptop and we try to finish off, and all that not even thinking about the long term effect of the sedentary life.
Similarly, for elderly and disabled people, due to a lack of activities or accessibilities, older people or those that are having mobility issues are having a sedentary life, mostly watching tv or being in front of their consoles etc.
Sedentary life is one of the worst enemies of our health, the effects are not being seen immediately but only when usually is already to late and heart or other organs conditions will already been settled.
